RG Series : The Infinite Vergassen 3G – RG Series Gasifier based on Updraft Gasifier principle & so is a balanced updraft system that thermally cracks fuel wood of specified size and moisture content into a combustible low BTU gas.

This gasifier system includes a thermal reactor, twin gate fuel feed system, manual moving grate for ash removal, MX gas pumping system and other associated blowers and pipings.

The thermal reactor is a bottom supported cylindrical metallic construction with suitable ceramic/insulation internal lining to withstand the thermal load as well contain the heat generated within the reactor system. The top of the reactor also acts as fuel storage and drying zone so as to reduce the intervals between fuel feeds.

The twin gate fuel system is manually operated and is designed to minimize the air ingress into and/or gas leakage from the system during the fuel feeding process. The twin gates are provided with levers for easy manual operation.

The ash removal system consists of a reciprocating moving grate that is designed to discharge ash/charcoal of less than 1/2″ size. The ash removal system is manually operated at specified time intervals.

The MX pump is a gas pumping system designed to evacuate hot raw gas from the rector and deliver the same to the gas burners at the required pressure.

The gasifier system is provided with adequate instrumentation system to monitor the pressure and temperature of the raw gas. Induced draft system that thermally cracks fuel wood of specified size and moisture content into a combustible low BTU gas.
